University of California Undergraduate Law Review

The University of California All-Star Undergraduate Law Review (UC ULR) is an multi-institutional publication operated by premier undergraduate law reviews within the University of California system. 

Articles are nominated by the participating journals each year for publication. The nominated articles are selected and published by the executive board of the UC ULR, which consists of the executive editorial staff of the participating journals. Each nomination is an acknowledgement of novel legal scholarship and academic prowess at the undergraduate level. Articles are reviewed for exceptional argumentation and research, command over language, and adherence to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation. Nomination acceptances are an accolade.

We are not accepting article submissions. However, interested prospective writers may look into the application processes of the partnering journals for an opportunity to be nominated. If you are a leader at a premier undergraduate law review at your UC institution interested in representing your school, please contact the staff for more information on how to get involved in Volume II.
